This is a practical policy for Planet Novel, not legal advice. The site is operated by Abed Khayyal. Reading is free. That does not transfer the site’s rights or the right to publish the novel.
The site
The names رواية الكوكب and Planet Novel, the design, the mark, the software, and the fixed page text belong to the operator. All rights reserved.
You may not copy the site, or reuse its name or design for another project, without written permission.
Publishing
The novel as shown here — the order of the words, the chapters, and the permanent pages — is a published work. The operator publishes, archives, and shares it.
That publishing right on this site belongs to the operator. Reading, or sharing a link, does not make the reader the publisher or the owner of the novel.
Your word
A word you paid for stays yours. By adding it you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it inside the novel, its archive, its share pages, and its share images, for as long as the page is up.
By writing a word you agree that the name you enter is published as a writer’s name, on the site and later if the novel is printed. If you leave the name empty, no name is published.
That license does not give you the novel as a whole, other people’s words, or the site name.
What you may do
Read the novel for free.
Share a link to a word or a chapter, naming Planet Novel and including the link.
Quote a short sentence with a link to its page.
What you may not do
Copy the novel, or a substantial part of it, into a book, a site, or an app.
Sell it, or publish it as if you alone wrote it.
Collect the text automatically in order to republish it.
Remove the copyright notice from the pages.
Policy
To ask permission to republish, or to report a word that is yours and ask for it to be hidden, write to abed.khayyal97@gmail.com with the word number or the page link.
Hiding a word that breaks the content rules stays as the terms describe: its number remains, and the payment is not refunded. Hiding does not transfer ownership.
